If an order is canceled after you’ve checked out but before you’ve delivered, contact Shipt Support and return the items to the store.
If items need to be returned to the store, an important thing to note is that each store has the right to accept or refuse returns. If your store is willing and able to accept a return, follow these steps to complete the return:
- Return to the store with the items at your earliest convenience.
- Use your Shipt Card for the refund amount.
- Write the order number on the refund receipt. Then take a picture of the receipt and send it to support@shipt.com.
